SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Nexora (AVJ Creations).

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, New Zealand, and select international destinations.

- United States: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
- New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the order date. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs or carrier issues.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 USD (or local equivalent).

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Nexora is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, duties, etc.).

Lost, Damaged or Delayed Orders
